About the Sales Representative - Cannabis Industry position

Our Client is seeking a Sales Representative to help increase sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within the Michigan Market.

Our Client is currently a licensed Cannabis Processing Facility based in Warren Michigan.

Experienced sales representatives will be considered for a full time position with the company.

This is a great role for a cannabis industry veteran or someone with a strong sales background and a strong working cannabis processing knowledge

In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are also goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to grow our sales.

Sales Representative responsibilities are:

  • Implementing effective territorial marketing strategies
  • Meeting customers to settle concerns/disputes
  • Assessing sales performance
  • Coming up with effective sales methods
  • Submitting reports to director in a timely manner
  • Discovering new sales opportunities
  • Briefing prospective customers about services/products

Sales Representative requirements are:

  • Experience as a territory manager
  • Knowledge of Commercial Cannabis Processing Terms, Products, and Processes
  • Ability to implement sales strategies
  • Able to hit performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with salesforce and MS Office
  • Good leadership and organizational ability
  • Problem-solving skills
  • BA/BSc/in Marketing, Business or a related field
